Om oss Smart Mum er et lite selskap som er distributør for Teething Bling i Sverige, Norge og Danmark. Hvis du representerer et selskap og er interessert i våre produkter, vennligst kontakt oss på sara@smartmum.se og vi vil behandle din forespørsel manuelt. 1. Pris Alle priser inkluderer svensk mva (25%). Dette trekkes i kassen. Merk at norsk merverdiavgift fortsatt gjelder. For selskaper, vennligst send en e-post til sara@smartmum.se og prislisten vil bli sendt til deg. 2. Levering Vi leverer våre produkter hovedsakelig til beboere i Skandinavia, men hvis du er fra et annet land der det ikke finns en Teething Bling distributør er vi glade for å hjelpe! Vennligst kontakt oss på sara@smartmum.se i dette tilfellet. 3. Betaling - Forskuddsbetaling Kostnad: 0 kr Gjør din betaling på forhånd gjennom vår bank giro tjeneste. Etter å ha sendt din bestilling vil du motta instruksjoner på skjermen og gjennom en e-post om betalingen. Hvis vi ikke har mottatt betaling innen 7 dager etter mottatt din bestilling, vil ordren bli kansellert. - VISA/Mastercard Kostnad: 0 kr Gjør din betaling med ditt VISA eller Mastercard. All informasjon er kryptert med SSL-128 bit. Pengene vil bli reservert på din konto og trekkes vanligvis innen 24 timer etter at du bestiller. Alle transaksjoner er gjennomført ved hjelp av den nye sikkerhets standard 3D-Secure. - Faktura Kostnad: 29 kr For dette alternativet må du være 18 år +, en svensk statsborger (svensk personnummer) og har ingen dårlig kreditt historie. Adressen til din bestilling må være samme adresse som hvor du er registrert. Interesse på 2% per måned + en gebyr på 50 SEK er lagt til fakturaen dersom betaling ikke er mottatt i tide. 4. Leveringstid Leveranse vil vanligvis ta 1-3 arbeidsdager i Sverige, 3-5 dager til Norge eller Danmark. 5. Fraktkostnader Fraktkostnader innen Sverige er 0 SEK for individuelle bestillinger. Fraktkostnadene til Norge er 60 SEK (ca 45 NOK). 6. Return Policy We follow strict guidelines as recommended by Konsumentverket, www.konsumentverket.se. According to distansavtalslagen you have the right to return ordered, flawless goods without a reason. Before returning the products you must send the following information by e-mail: Name, order no and your phone no to sara@smartmum.se within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original package and not be used. Please note that you will pay the shipping cost for the return. 7. Complaints If there is anything wrong with your product when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at sara@smartmum.se (7 days from delivery of the product at the latest) and we will send you a new product. 8. Personuppgiftslagen Your personal details are handled according to PUL. 9. Force Majeure Smart Mum will not be held responsible if the products are delayed in reaching you due to severe weather, flood, fire or accident, war or civil disturbance, strike, industrial action or stoppages of work, any form of government intervention, a third party act or omission, etc. In the unfortunate event any of the above happening we will inform you as soon as is possible. If after 28 days these problems continue, we will cancel your order. In this event we will give you a full refund. 10. Our commitment to safety Teething Bling® pendants and bangles are made from the same silicone as most teething toys. Our products contain no harmful chemicals such as phthalates, BPAs, PVCs, lead or latex and all pendants come with a breakaway clasp as an added safety measure. We are CPSIA compliant, carry the CE mark (meaning we meet the strict European safety standards as well) and our materials are federally approved. Safety is our number one concern - and all test reports are available upon request. Our products are designed for adults to wear to soothe and entertain babies with emerging teeth. Children with fully developed teeth may be able to bite through Teething Bling®. Therefore, parents must determine what is best for their own situation and child and as always, we remind everyone that children - of any age - should never be left unattended with jewellery of any kind. 11.
